好評是跨境電商賣家們夢寐以求的東西,而差評則是他們深惡痛絕的東西。一個差評可能會對你的產(chǎn)品和店鋪產(chǎn)生極大的影響,尤其是新店,在產(chǎn)品排名還沒有做上去的時候,差評的影響可以說是致命的。

對于差評,賣家們通常會在找出原因后聯(lián)系客戶,通過與客戶協(xié)商,請求他們刪除差評。


但是這種方法對一些惡意買家是沒用的,那么當(dāng)遇到這種不良買家時,我們還可以試試另一種刪除亞馬遜差評的方法——聯(lián)系客服刪除。


當(dāng)然并非所有的差評都能讓客服幫忙刪除,除了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題,產(chǎn)品與圖片不符,售后等客觀事實導(dǎo)致的差評以外,還有一些不符合亞馬遜平臺規(guī)定的差評是可以向亞馬遜申請移除的。


比如差評內(nèi)容中包含不文明的詞語,包含賣家私人信息等,或者全部的Feedback只針對產(chǎn)品,沒有提到賣家的服務(wù)的差評內(nèi)容都是可以向亞馬遜申請移除的。另外如果是FBA引起的物流問題亞馬遜不會幫你將差評移除,但是會幫你將差評劃掉,然后寫一行字:This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience。


通過你提供的信息,自己打電話去亞馬遜客服那邊去要求移除差評,分析你差評review的問題點和不合理的地方,這個是部分賣家自己都在干的事兒。當(dāng)然很多賣家根本不愿意干這種活,太累,成功率還不高,現(xiàn)在的亞馬遜客服個個都是門兒清,你想叫客服幫你移除個差評真的是難上加難,不過理由如果合理或者證據(jù)分析的清晰還是有一定機會的。


而且這種方式是需要提供你賬戶的基本面信息的,比如店鋪名,公司名,法人姓名,賬戶郵箱,賬單地址,郵編,信用卡后四位等等,因為打電話給亞馬遜客服第一需要的就是驗證賬戶信息,客服要確認是賬號的持有人打來的才會處理,這算是售后服務(wù)的操作常識。
